We want you to be completely happy with your Biosun purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in most circumstances.
Biosun ear candles and related wellness products are hygiene-sensitive items. For the safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law provisions for hygiene goods.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue when contacting us.
As our products are hygiene items, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on opened products. Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of purchase at the buyer's expense — please contact us before sending anything back.
If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us and we will make it right.
