Biosun In Australia is a Melbourne-based family business and the official Australian distributor of Biosun ear candles. Our shop and postal address is 199A Waverley Road, Malvern East VIC 3145.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

Shipping

We dispatch same business day for orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or customs.

Product Use & Safety

Please follow all instructions included with your product. Ear candling should not be performed on anyone with a perforated eardrum, ear grommets, or known ear conditions without first consulting a medical professional. Biosun In Australia accepts no liability for injury or adverse outcomes resulting from improper use.
