Shipping policy

All orders will be mailed from Melbourne, Australia.

When you place an order with Biosun In Australia, we undertake to post your order within one business day, Monday through Friday. This means that within one business day of your online purchase, you can be assured that your package will be handed to Australia Post for prompt delivery. All orders include an Australia Post tracking number so that you can go online and see where your package is en route.

Note: Our offices are closed on the weekend, so orders placed after 3pm on Friday and during the weekend will be packed and posted first thing on Monday.
